Delightful 50th anniversary tribute to the Australian Ballet by the leading State companies. Each piece said something meaningful about the magic of dance. From Dancenorth's company moving as one tight organism to the intensity of Bolero, to the beautiful ballroomesque pas de deux of Cloudland. 2 One another is danced with more confidence then on its previous outing, whilst the humour of Ombra Leggera offsets the darker tone of Don't. Sweedeedee's finale, led by retired TAB stars Justine Summers and Stephen Heathcote is very sweet icing on the cake.
