A jolly gay panto reworking of the Black Swan
story. Every scene is re-enacted if not
totally distorted, which makes for a slightly long production. The cast are game (and gamely battled an
adjacent fireworks display). Trevor
Ashley’s Natalie Portly plays the laughs as all good Dames should though could
speed things up from to time. Well
suited to Spiegeltent’s small stage, Fat Swan is worth a good chortle or two.
