revival true to its origins with all your favourite characters together for one
more show. A corny story, the very sharp
humour not quite there, but for adults of a certain age the memories will come
flooding back with tears and laughter.
If nothing else this movie highlights the value of a good old variety
show with songs, dance and gags. Just
can’t get that theme tune out of my head: “Its time put on makeup. It’s time to dress up right. It’s time to raise the curtain on the Muppet
Show tonight.”
