Early ink sketches to commercial classics, supplemented by well-informed notes, create an extensive and stimulating exhibition. Contrast their images of Moa; a western icon typifying Warhol's commercial exploitation of protest, to Ai in his strive for freedom a fallen idol of suppression. Ai's new work includes the Letgo Room tribute to Australian human rights activists; the crackling of building blocks underfoot reminiscent of our world creaking under the strain of humankind's misdemeanours. Worthy of 6.0/5.
