Disappointing James Bond parody that offers so much with a strong cast, appealing characters and intriguing storyline yet fails to gel into a compelling comedy caper. Kingsman limps along between moments of dramatic action, very well-shot but offering little in story or character development - excepting Jackson's awesomely bad-arse billionaire. David Niven and Peter Sellars did this better in 1967's "Casino Royale" and that wasn't a great film either.
