When son then Father unexpectedly visit their former "big sister" and lover sparks fly as the older man's business-like approach to romance and the young woman's self-sacrificing life are challenged. Nighy may be stereotyped as the grouchy older man, but he does it very, very, well. His ex-lover, Mulligan, good but too pure, lacks the weariness of a teacher in a struggling school, living in a damp council flat. Still in preview, this could be a real gem.
