It is so disappointing that this piece doesn't live up to its name. The dancers, initially on individual pedestals, are technically superb in their delivery to an exhausting, loud, live hard rock backing. The first third is totally riveting, then repetition creeps in and the interpretation of urban anxiety loses its way. The music, dancing and staging warrant five stars, but the parts do not add up to greatness.
