Slow start, then three numbers-in bam! Into the groove, Get Off Of My Cloud into Tumbling Dice - Jagger struts, Keith and Ronnie work the riffs, Charlie quietly holds everything together. With only a small backing group and Mike Taylor guesting there’s no sign of age or friction, just top-drawer musical harmony. A quadrille to finish shows the Stones mastery of R’n’B: Sympathy for the Devil, Brown Sugar, You Can’t Always Get and Satisfaction.
