Eastwood stages his movie as a musical, in vignettes. Unfortunately this tends to stall the drama despite the Four Seasons breaking the fourth wall to personalise each element. Nonetheless Jersey Boys is an enjoyable movie with great tunes, camera work that lingers for just the right amount of time and a big all-star cast number to finish on.
