T-Visionarium (2/5)
Sydney Festival, UNSW, Sydney, 20th January 2008

300 (of 20,000) simultaneous TV clips on a cylindrical cinema screen, audience standing in the middle, neat 3D technology overlays the clips. Fine for Bowie’s alien who fell to Earth; for humans too much to see and not much to do. For unexplained reasons you could instruct the system to run clips to certain parameters (emotions, colours etc). More science than art, I wanted to know more about what was going on and why.
